AuraHome (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website aurahome.studio and sells home mood lighting and décor products across Europe.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, and SEPA Direct Debit. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped from our European warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.

4. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@aurahome.studio. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@aurahome.studio.

6. Warranty

All products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
